1, Eagle-eye instrument working conditions description


Eagle-eye gauges are used to measure the pressure of gases or liquids that are non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-crystalline, and non-precipitating to copper and copper alloys. The main feature of this product is that it can measure the pressure normally in the machine tool or equipment with severe vibration.


2, Eagle-eye instrument structure principle:
On the basis of the structure principle of Y series general pressure gauge, Hawkeye instrument relies on internal filling damping liquid (silicone oil), device damping tube damping plate and damping screw and other measures to overcome the damage caused by strong media pulsation and environmental strong vibration to the pressure gauge, ensure the measurement accuracy and extend the service life of the instrument.


3, eagle eye pressure gauge installation instructions:


1. The ambient temperature of the instrument is -40-70 ° C, if it deviates from this operating temperature of 20±5 ° C, the additional temperature error should be considered.


2. The instrument should be installed vertically and maintain the same horizontal position with the measuring point as far as possible, otherwise the additional error caused by the liquid level difference should be included in the measurement of liquid pressure.


3. Measuring range of normal use of the instrument: measuring stable pressure does not exceed 3/4 of the upper limit of measurement; Do not exceed 2/3 of the upper limit of measurement when measuring fluctuation pressure.


4. The instrument should avoid vibration and collision to avoid damage.
5.The instrument is used to measure the impact pressure, and the buffer device should be added when the pressure fluctuated instantaneously, so as not to affect the service life.
6. Under the condition of mechanical vibration and pressure fluctuation, the seismic pressure gauge with seismic performance should be selected


Filled with oil glycerin and silicone oil.
7. When the seismic pressure gauge is in use, in order not to affect the performance of the pressure gauge, the oil seal should be cut flat to make it connected with the atmosphere.
8. When abnormal phenomena occur in the use of the instrument, the cause should be identified and re-tested before use.
